Mitch Dobrowner and Charles Grogg at Wall Space Gallery

21st Editions introduces two magnificent new Platinum Series books and one new Prism Series book with photographs by Mitch Dobrowner and Charles Grogg at Wall Space Gallery in Santa Barbara on Saturday, October 8 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm.

Mitch Dobrowner’s landscape and storm images have been celebrated across the globe and featured in Time magazine and on ABC News Nightline. In addition, Google has recently completed a short documentary on Mitch and his process. Our new book/print set with Mitch, The Prophecies of William Blake, introduces Mitch’s work with twelve hand-coated platinum prints (13″ x 17″). The platinum prints are a first for the artist with a brilliantly hand-crafted 16″ x 20″ binding. In addition, 21st Editions’ new Prism Series monograph/print set on Mitch’s work is available.

Charles Grogg’s brilliant and unique art recently won him the prestigious Clarence John Laughlin Award. Cracked: The Art of Charles Grogg is a magnificent selection from two bodies of his work. There are ten 11″ x 14″ platinum prints on extremely rare Japanese Gampi Torinoko paper and three free-standing 20″ x 24″ hand sewn from his signature Reconstructions series. Each of the thirteen are printed and signed by Charles. The monumental binding design at 20″ x 21.5″ using fabric, goatskin, and actual cracked egg shells makes this one of the most ambitious 21st Editions book/print sets to date.
